Similar to a business plan, you need a summary of why you are developing an online magazine. You can include sample topics that you plan to feature as well as how you plan to get feedback from your readers.

The foundation and quality of your content is very important. You need to make sure that your readers keep interest in your material and value your magazine.

The content of your online magazine will depend on what it is that you wish to accomplish. Material will be easy to develop if you are promoting a service or product. Topics should be useful information pertaining to the service or product that you provide.
